ORDERING
How long will it take to receive my order? We're experiencing high order volume, so orders may take longer than usual to process.
We begin processing your order as soon as it is received. Personalized items take 8 to 12 days to custom make your item. Shipping times vary based on the ship address you select at Checkout.

What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Shop Pay, Pay Pal, Apple Pay, G Pay

Can I edit or cancel an order after it has been placed?
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and therefore, may not be able to be changed once they are placed. If you do need to modify or cancel an order, please call us as quickly as possible at cindylandhk@gmail.com.

Do you offer gift packaging?
At Cindy Land, we believe the jewelry is just one part of the story. That’s why every order is delivered in a ready-to-give delicate gift box.

When will my credit card be charged?
Credit cards are charged at the time of order processing.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
At this time, we cannot ship to multiple addresses in one order. Please place separate orders on cindylandhk.com to ship to different addresses. If you need assistance, please call Customer Service at cindylandhk@gmail.com.

How will my order ship?
Orders are shipped via USPS or Other depending on the shipping address that you choose.

When will my order ship?
We begin processing your order as soon as it is received. Please note that we are taking extra precautions in our distribution center, so orders may take longer than usual. Personalized items take 8 to 12 days to custom-make your item.

Do you offer Weekend delivery?
We do not offer Weekend as a specific shipping option, but as we ship USPS, it is possible to receive deliveries on Saturday.

Do you ship internationally?
We offer all country delivery service, wherever you live you can purchase our products.

RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you are not completely in love with it, you are welcome to return it to us within 30 days for an exchange or refund. You may return all unused merchandise in its original packaging for exchange or refund (excluding shipping charges).
