Generally, our return policy is valid until 7 days after receipt of the product. This return policy will take effect after you have completed your order. If you request a refund after the time specified in the return policy, we will not provide you with any refund or exchange except in special circumstances.
In order to complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of your order. If your product was not purchased from Cindylandhk.com but was purchased through another way, according to our policy, we will not process your return. In this case, you will need to visit the buyer for after-sales service. Please do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

▸Refund Policy
Your parcel has not been shipped: In this case, after you submit your refund request, we will review and refund you within 48 hours. Due to the platform's mechanism, the platform will charge a part of the processing fee and deduct it from your refund.
Your parcel is on its way: In this case, you should send us an email as soon as possible via Cindylandhk@gmail.com or whatsapp: (+852)84932660, send us an email to intercept your parcel. You will receive a refund of the purchase price and pay us for costs such as interception fees and additional customs duties. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the cost of intercepting your package.
Your parcel has been received: For all products, unpacked, crystals with no visible wear or damage, shipped within 7 days with original receipt, all original packaging and materials are undamaged: you will receive a refund of the purchase price (due to the mechanism of the platform (charging a service fee of about 4%), subject to our actual arrival). Return shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. (including customs duties)

▸ Return Methods
To return an item, please email us for a shipping address and we will provide you with a return address. You will need to pay for your own return shipping except for quality issues. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for your order and replacement to reach you. We will also update the tracking number of your order via email so that you can access the logistics of your package.
▸ Refund Arrival Time
Once we have received the returned crystals and inspected them, we will process the refund and send you proof of this via email, which usually takes 3-5 business days to process. All refunds are in US dollars. When the refund reaches your account also depends on the efficiency of the paying bank. If you have not received your refund long after we have processed it, please contact the paying bank.
Non-refundable cases
- Only regular-priced items can be refunded, all special-priced items are non-refundable.
- In general, replacement of received products is not allowed.
- Crystals and accessories shipped within 30 days are no longer eligible for return.
- Obviously used or damaged packages cannot be returned.
